Hospitality Star invites partners to develop a network of alliances & evangelists in order to:

	Develop business in new regions / markets.
	Leverage their local market knowledge and relationships with business leaders/ decision makers to establish our presence, make connections with decision makers, create and close new business opportunities.
	Respond quickly & locally to business development requests or opportunities identified.

Qualification & Criteria for Individuals/ Companies to qualify for Hospitality Star’s Partnership Program:
	Have a good understanding of the market that they are/ will be operating in.
	They have existing relationships with decision makers in the target markets & market segments.
	They are not associated with any other product/ service/company that are similar to Hospitality Star’s products/ services.

Hospitality Star will provide to all partners:
	Complete training on the corporate vision, roadmap & philosophy of Hospitality Star.
	Comprehensive product/ service familiarization & training.
	Accounts for demo & free trials for potential clients & users.
	Hospitality Star emails & business cards.
	Complete back office support.
	All marketing literature & materials.
	Marketing support in terms of promotion, advertising etc. in the partner’s local territory.
	For Affiliate Partners & Franchisees, pass leads & inquiries to follow-up & convert.

Partnership Programs

We will have 2 levels of partnerships – Referral Partners, Affiliate Partners.
They have varying levels of commitment & engagement and therefore will have a different level of commission.

	Referral Partners	Affiliate Partners
Description	These are partners who will generate leads for us. A referral partner will introduce us to potential clients. We will then take over the sales process. If the opportunity results in a sale, the referral partner will receive commission	These are partners who are like resellers. They sell our products/ services completely by themselves.
The Role	Identify prospects & pass leads to Hospitality Star	Identify prospects by themselves or work on leads sent by Hospitality Star. Convert these leads into sales.
